Empire waist navy dress by Vol 1 (that is the name of the brand) is 100% polyester lining and 100% polyester semi sheer outer layer of navy with white polka dots and is NWT. There are ruffle sleeves, empire like bust area, outer layer flares out at bottom, wide tie to tie a big bow in the back and hidden back center zipper. I hand sewed in the white insert at the V neck, then I never wore the dress. Sold with my sewing (could take out if not needed since I hand sewed it). It is a size medium junior and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 16” across, where the tie area is is 14.5” across and the navy lining is 38” down (the outer semi sheer polka dot is harder to measure) Machine wash.
