Empire waist dress by Snap is 97% cotton, 3% spandex and has a lining of 100% polyester and is NWT. It is white with bright pink and orange flowers. It has slightly padded bust area, a center back hidden zipper, adjustable straps. It is a size 11 junior and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 16” across and from the bottom of the empire part of the band is 14” across. From the center of the top of the dress to the bottom is 28” (not including the straps). Fits smaller than size 11 based on the measurements in my opinion although it is a junior.
