True vintage retro short sleeve dress from KC Spencer is 100% olppa rayon (a soft silk like feel) in a cornflower blue –blue purple color. Retro early90’s and NWT. The front has draping fabric that ties off to the side. There are princess seams in the front and back, a center back zipper and padded shoulders (not built in). It is a size 10 and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 18” across and the waist area is 16” across. From the top of the middle of the shoulder down to the bottom is 37”. It is a size 10 but runs small in my opinion based on the measurements. Dry clean. Made in USA. upc 7-06048-10500-3
