Baby doll short sleeve top by Discreet is 92% polyester and 8% spandex with black, aqua blue and black circle polka dot print. The bust area is sold black with scoop neck. The sleeves and under the empire waist is a black, white and aqua round layered circle pattern. The bottom of the sleeves and the empire waist has elastic. There are black strings that tie in the back. It is a size medium junior and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 15” across and the empire area unstretched is 13” across. From the top of the middle of the shoulder down to the hem is 25”. The garment tags looks a bit washed, but bought this new and never washed nor wore it. Machine wash. Made in USA.
