Blue draping sleeveless top bu Umgee is 92% polyester, and 8% spandex and is NWOT. There is an empire waist and draping fabric is criss crossed over the front The top of the shoulders have some elastic to make the gathering. The back has a cowl back The front, below the empire waist, has a draping center fabric. The hem is somewhat handkerchief. The armpits were too big so I hand sewed them in slightly (not machine sewed). I then took out this stitching since I never wore the top. So the pics are seen as you will get (my stitchings are gone). It is size medium junior and from armpit to armpit seam aunstretched is 17” across and the empire line is 14.5” across. From the top to the bottom is about 22” down. Hand wash. Made in USA. Up close pic of the armpit side coming soon...
