Black and white floral fit and flare dress by DBY Ltd is 100% polyester and is NWOT. There are princess seams, center back zipper and criss cross ties in the back. It is a size 5 and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 17.5” across and the waist is about 16.5” across. From the top of the shoulder down to the hem is 33.5”. Taking the pics, I did notice a vertical crease in the front (see close up). Maybe this oould just be ironed out. Machine wash. Made in Sri Lanka.
