Aqua with yellow and white empire dress by Pulse is 97% polyester, 3% spandex and NWOT. The fabric is aqua yellow and white in a floral print. There is a wide aqua satin empire waist that ties in the back, cross over bust, wide aqua satin straps, back zipper and extra white lining fabric in the bust area. It is a size medium junior and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 15.5” across and the bottom of the empire waist is 12.5” across. From the top of the strap down to the bottom hem is 37”. I did wash this but then didn’t wear it. I did wash this dress but then never wore it (I never got around to ironing it). Hand wash.
